Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Torvani purchase. If you're not satisfied, here's how we handle returns.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@shoptorvani.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Defective or Damaged Items If your horn arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@shoptorvani.com with photos or a short video showing the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items Items showing signs of use or damage after delivery are not eligible for return. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Damages in Transit If your order arrives visibly damaged from shipping, contact us immediately at hello@shoptorvani.com with photos of the packaging and product.

Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled any time before they are fulfilled. Contact us at hello@shoptorvani.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
