Where We Ship We currently ship to the United States only.

Processing Time Orders are carefully packaged and processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated in real time by USPS at checkout based on your location, package weight, and dimensions.

Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times vary based on your location and the USPS service selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Carriers & Tracking All orders ship via USPS. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@shoptorvani.com with your order number and we'll investigate promptly.

Incorrect Addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.
